Funeral Bagpipe Player | St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic

Funeral Bagpipe Player – Harry Farrar played at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.

The recently renovated church was a perfect setting for  bagpipes at this Irish funeral service. The family and friends were especially respectful of the flag as the deceased was a veteran. The unique name of the church dates back to Poland.

Many tunes can be played at services. In this case the Notre Dame Fight song was a unique treat.  See more about St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church

Funeral Bagpipe Player | Forest Lawns

For many decades Harry has been the house piper for the large Forest Lawn cemetery properties in Southern California. This includes the Cypress and Cathedral City. Also there is Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier. Interestingly, this is the largest cemetery in North America. Many hymns are adapted to the bag pipe including “Marching To Zion” by Amy Grant. Also, Bagpipes and drummers at the graveside add music at the end. Otherwise, most music happens at the Church. Also see more of our services at bagpipeplayers.com
