Harry Farrar played bagpipes for the kids at Woodland Hills Private School on March 17.And is known as “Bagpiper St. Patricks’s Day.”
This has been an annual tradition for the last 20 years.
The sound of Bagpiper St. Patrick’s Day and demonstrations of Irish dancing was exciting for the kids in attendance from grades 1 to grade 6.
Earlier in the morning Pipe Major Harry performed at Brentwood School for 350 students.
The Bass drummer Amanda helped in a parade on the upper campus athletic field. In years past Mike Huntley drummed at these events and is the webmaster for bagpipes.com
Bagpiper and Drummers are a great addition to many types of events including parties, weddings, golf charities, memorials and Scottish theme events. “Bagpiper For Hire” is based in Woodland Hills in Southern California and performs several times a week.
