Scottish Pipes and Drums | Woodland Hills
Funerals, graveside and the “celebration of life” ceremonies are solemn times. Sometimes, traditional Scottish funerals include a bagpiper for hire. And, in some cases, when a family is searching online for a piper, they look for “Bag pipers” or “Bag pipes players”. Usually, there is a good reason to consider a graveside bagpipe player. Notably, there is rarely any music at the gravesides. Usually, the majority of music resources happen at the church or other service venues. In some cases, a harp or bugle may be at a graveside service to close out the entire memorial. When bagpipe players play, it makes a difference. Additionally, some ceremonies occur on boats at sea. Often, ashes are spread on rivers and lakes with bagpipes performing at just the right time.
